1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Fork, 1 großer Freezer bag, 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 Aluminum foil, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Plate, 1 Paper towel

Preparation steps

1.
Squash the cheese with a fork whilst adding the cream. Stir in the shallot.
2.
Drizzle the avocado fruit with lemon juice. Squash with a fork and mix in with the cheese mixture.
3.
Season with salt, ground white pepper and a pinch of nutmeg, then fill in small cups or glasses. Serve with 5 grissini sticks.
