200 grams Blue cheese
1 tablespoon thyme
2 tablespoons Crème fraiche
2 tablespoons Whipped cream
freshly ground peppers
4 carrots
1 Cucumber
2 Kohlrabi
2 Celery

Preparation steps

1.

With a fork, roughly mash cheese with creme fraiche and cream. Season with pepper and thyme.

2.

For the crudité, rinse, trim and peel vegetables if necessary. Halve cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds. Cut vegetables into about 8 cm long (approximately 3-inch long) strips. Chill vegetables and serve with cheese dip.
