Preparation steps

Rinse the apples, remove the cores and cut into 12 slices. Wrap the apple slices with bacon and briefly sauté in some oil until the bacon is crispy.

For the salad, rinse the lettuce and shake dry.

For the dressing, mix the oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the lettuce.
