300 grams mixed Berry (strawberries, raspberries and currants)
6 egg yolks
60 grams sugar
125 milliliters Marsala wine

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pat dry berries. Cut strawberries into small pieces, clean currants. Place berries into 4 glasses.

2.

Whisk yolks with sugar until foamy. Thicken over hot water bath. Add Marsala and remove from heat. Mix well and pour into glasses.

3.

Serve zabaglione immediately.
