- 21 ozs rump Steak
- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 3 Tbsps Fajita Seasoning
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 red Bell pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 1 green Bell pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 8 soft Flour tortillas (warmed)
- 4 Tbsps Sour cream
- cayenne pepper (to garnish)
- Chili sauce (to serve)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Juicer, 1 Ice Crusher
Preparation steps
1.
Flatten the steaks with a meat hammer or rolling pin and cut into strips.
2.
Mix the beef strips with the oil and fajita seasoning and set aside to marinate for 1 hour.
3.
Heat a wide pan until very hot then add the beef, onion and sliced peppers and cook, stirring all the time, for 5 minutes then stir in the lime juice.
4.
Place the beef mixture on the tortilla wraps, drizzle over a the sour cream and roll up. Garnish with a little cayenne pepper and serve with chilli sauce.
