- 4 Tortillas
- 250 grams Ground meat
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onions
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ground paprika
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 125 grams Diced tomatoes (from a can)
- 50 grams grated Emmentaler cheese
- 1 Tbsp Crème fraiche
- Tomatoes (for garnish)
- parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Warm the tortillas about 5 minutes in an oven preheated to 100°C (approximately 210°F) convection. Cook the ground beef with the onion in hot oil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and stir in tomato paste and tomatoes.
2.
Remove the tortillas from the oven. Preheat the broiler. Sprinkle tortillas with grated cheese and melt under the broiler. Remove from the oven and cut tortillas into quarters.
3.
Spoon the meat mixture evenly on the tortilla wedges. Layer 3 wedges to create stacks. Dollop crème fraîche on top of each stack and garnish with tomatoes wedges and cilantro.
