150 grams Blue cheese (such as Roquefort)
pink peppers (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the oranges and grapefruit and cut out the segments, collecting any juices in the process. Whisk the juices with the honey and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.  

2.

Rinse the watercress and pat dry. Arrange the cress and citrus segments on serving plates and crumble the blue cheese over the top. Drizzle the salads with the dressing and sprinkle with freshly ground pink peppercorns.

3.

Serve with whole-wheat bread, if desired.
