50 grams Walnut (coarsely chopped)
5 Tbsps Walnut oil
5 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim, and dry the watercress.

Cut the bacon into strips, and sauté until crispy in a nonstick pan. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3.

Mix the oil with the balsamic vinegar, and sugar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss with the watercress and divide onto plates. Top with the bacon and walnuts, then crumble the blue cheese over the top.
