- 1 small Radicchio
- 60 grams Watercress
- 2 ripe Pear
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 50 grams roasted Hazelnuts
- 40 milliliters White vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- ½ tsp sugar
- 3 Tbsps Vegetable broth
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the radicchio, then tear into small peaces. Rinse and dry the watercress. Rinse and halve the pears. Remove the seeds, cut into wedges, and drizzle with the lemon juice.

Mix the hazelnuts with the white wine vinegar, mustard, sugar, vegetable broth, and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad, mix briefly, and serve.
