Nutritional values

Zucchinis scores among other things with a high content of potassium. Thus, the zucchini pesto helps to dehydrate the body. But potassium can do even more: It contributes to a healthy heart rhythm and can prevent cardiac arrhythmias.

The zucchini pesto not only goes great with any kind of pasta, but can also be enjoyed as a spread. You can prepare a larger quantity directly and freeze the remaining pesto.
