10 ozs whole spelt flour (+ 2 tablespoons for working)
¼ oz Dry yeast
1 tsp Rice syrup
1 ¾ ozs Coconut yogurt
salt
3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Mix spelt flour, dry yeast, rice syrup, coconut yogurt, salt, and 1 tablespoon olive oil with 3 ounces of lukewarm water and knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes until about doubled in volume.

Then divide dough into 6 equal pieces and roll out into 1/4 inch thick patties.

Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and bake naan bread over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
