2 garlic cloves
250 grams softened butter
100 grams Tomato paste
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Finely dice the tomatoes. Rinse the fresh tomatoes and cut into quarters. Remove the core and the seeds, and finely dice. 

2.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press into the butter. Mix in the sun-dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, and lemon juice. Stir until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with salt, sugar, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
