- 2 Tbsps sun-dried, pickled Tomatoes (in oil)
- 3 sprigs Basil
- 150 grams softened butter
- 1 ½ Tbsps Tomato paste
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 generous pinch dried Red pepper flakes

Preparation steps
1.
Drain the tomatoes thoroughly and finely dice. Rinse the basil, pat dry, and finely chop the leaves.
2.
Beat the butter with an electrix mixer until fluffy. Mix in the diced tomatoes, basil, and tomato paste. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and crushed chili flakes. Form into a roll and wrap in aluminum foil. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before using.
