Strawberry-Espresso Parfait
Healthy, because

Nutritional values
Little fat, lots of vitamins and ready to eat in no time at all: the berry-rich layered dish scores points not only with its vitamin C-rich fruit. In addition to bone-strengthening calcium, the low-fat quark also provides a lot of vitamin B2, which is involved in numerous metabolic functions.
Kids wanna join us? No problem. You can just use decaf espresso. If you want to do without animal food completely, you can replace the curd cheese with a vegetable alternative and the cantuccini with vegan cookies for a vegan dessert.
