3.333 cups fresh Strawberries (hulled and sliced)
1 Tbsp sugar
1 ½ cups Granola (plain)
6 cups Vanilla yogurt
¼ cup honey
¼ cup Pistachio (chopped)
fresh mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Stir the sliced strawberries and sugar together. Let them sit and macerate for about 5-10 minutes.

Get out eight small serving glasses (approx 8-oz). Add 1/4 cup of granola to the bottom of each serving glass. Next add 1/2 cup of yogurt and a few sliced strawberries, then layer another 1/2 cup of yogurt and strawberries to the glass. Drizzle a tablespoon of honey over the yogurt and strawberries then add a few more strawberries to the top and garnish with chopped pistachios and some fresh mint.
