These patties are delicious and the vegetables in it aren't obviously conspicuous, making it the perfect healthy treat for children.

Baking instead of frying these patties will make them much healthier.

1 cup onions (finely chopped)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 green chili pepper (cut into rings)
2 cups Broccoli
2 Tbsps Corn starch
cup Parmesan (finely grated)
1 ½ cups potatoes (cooked and mashed)
1 cup golden breadcrumbs
Oil (for frying)
For the yogurt sauce
1.333 cups natural Yogurt
1 tsp Tandoori masala seasoning

1 Small pot, 2 Bowls, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Sieve, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Small bowl

Preparation steps

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet and sweat the onions, garlic, and chilli. Add the broccoli and fry for 4-5 minutes.

Season with salt, stir in the corn starch and cheese and let cool. Then mix with the mashed potatoes.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into round cakes. Roll in the breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil in a large skillet until golden brown all over.

Stir the masala spice mix into the yogurt and serve alongside the tikkis.
