200 milliliters Whipped cream
4 eggs
150 grams freshly grated Cheese (Parmesan or Pecorino)
freshly ground peppers
100 grams Pancetta (sliced)
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Mix the eggs with the cream and the cheese in a bowl, and whisk until combined. Season the cream mixture with salt and pepper.

Cut the pancetta into strips. Heat some of the oil in a pan, and sauté the pancetta until golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté the garlic briefly in the remaining oil.

Drain the pasta, and add the pan. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta, and toss until combined. Mix in the garlic and pancetta, then transfer to plates and serve.
