- 400 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 250 milliliters Whipped cream
- freshly ground peppers
- 150 grams Pancetta (sliced)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley (for garnish)
- 60 grams grated Parmesan (to taste)
- 80 grams Caper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook spaghetti in a pot of salted water until al dente.

Mix egg yolks with cream in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cut pancetta into pieces. Peel garlic and chop finely. Sauté bacon in hot oil in a pan. Add garlic, sauté briefly and mix pasta. Remove from heat and immediately mix in egg-cream mixture.
3.
Arrange pasta plates and serve garnished with parsley. If desired cover with grated Parmesan and capers.
