50 grams butter
50 grams ground Hazelnuts
150 grams Semolina flour
1 organic lemon
500 milliliters milk
50 grams sugar
250 grams Fruit (such as grapes, pears, blackberries)

Preparation steps

Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Toast nuts and the semolina until golden yellow over low heat. Remove the pan from the heat. Rinse the lemon in hot water, wipe dry and finely grate the zest. Stir together the lemon zest, milk and sugar and add to the nut mixture. Over low heat, stir as long as it takes until the mixture easily separates from the pan bottom. Rinse a small loaf pan with cold water and line with plastic wrap. Fill with the semolina mixture and chill for at least 3 hours.

Invert the semolina halva from the mold, remove the plastic wrap and cut into slices. Serve with the prepared fruit.
