750 grams large Cherry tomatoes
2 fresh garlic cloves

5 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 140°C (approximately 285°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Rinse the tomatoes, pluck off the stems, halve and place the cut surfaces facing up on the baking sheet. Peel the garlic, mince and spread on the tomato. Season with a generous amount of salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.

3.

Serve as an appetizer with fresh ciabatta.
