- 1 Lettuce (200 grams)
- 1 Camembert (250 grams)
- 1 sm can Mandarin orange (240 grams, drained)
- ½ Zucchini (200 grams)
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream
- ½ tsp sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 Tbsps butter
Preparation steps
1.
Separate lettuce into individual leaves, then rinse, trim and spin dry. Tear lettuce into large pieces. Rinse, trim and cut zucchini into slices. Cut Camembert into small, bite-sized pieces.

Drain mandarins. Remove crust from bread and cut into cubes. In a pan, fry bread cubes in hot, melted butter. Remove and drain croutons on paper towels.
3.
Whisk vinegar with salt, sugar and pepper to taste. Whisk in oil and cream and season again to taste.
4.
Divide lettuce, zucchini, Camembert and mandarins among plates. Drizzle with salad dressing and serve sprinkled with croutons.
