- 2 Zucchini
- 2 handfuls mint
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 100 grams lamb's lettuce
- 5 sprigs thyme (with flowers)
- 4 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 pinch sugar
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- salt
- peppers
- 20 grams Sunflower seed

Preparation steps

Rinse zucchini, trim and cut lengthwise into thin slices or plane lengthwise. Rinse mint, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Rinse lettuce, trim and spin dry. Rinse thyme and shake dry.

Arrange all prepared salad ingredients decoratively on plates. Mix vinegar in a bowl with sugar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle vinegar mixture over the salad and serve sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
