- 1 scallion
- 100 grams Goat cheese
- 2 Tbsps Walnut
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)

Preparation steps
1.
Separate and rinse the lettuce leaves, spin dry and cut into smaller pieces. Rinse zucchini and thinly slice lengthwise. Rinse the scallions and cut into thin rings.

Crumble the cheese.
3.
Mix the vinegars, oil, salt and pepper, with the salad ingredients and serve.
