For the salad
1 large Batavia lettuce
150 grams Cambozola cheese
150 grams Brie
150 grams Emmentaler cheese
100 grams Walnut
For the marinade
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps Walnut oil
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 tsp Mustard

Preparation steps

For the salad, rinse lettuce, trim, tear into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Coarsely chop nuts. For the marinade, mix all listed ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over lettuce.

Cut Emmentaler into thin slices, cut other cheeses into pieces. Spread all cheese on lettuce, sprinkle with nuts and season with freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.
