Three Cheese Mac 'n' Cheese
Boil pasta according to package directions until al dente. For the cheese sauce, mix cream and broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and stir in the havarti cheese and about 1/3 of the grated Emmentaler cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Drain pasta, mix with cheese sauce and pour into 4 small ovenproof baking dishes.
For the crumb topping, mix remaining Emmentaler cheese with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Spread crumb topping over pasta and top with butter flakes. Bake in oven preheated to 200°C / 400°F until topping is golden brown. Serve immediately.
