For the Liptauer spread
250 grams sheep cheese
50 grams softened butter
1 tsp sharp Mustard
1 onion
1 tsp Caper
1 Anchovy fillet
1 Tbsp sweet paprika
½ tsp ground Caraway
salt
2 Tbsps scallions
For the Hungarian cheese spread
150 grams Quark
1 Tbsp sour Whipped cream
1 Tbsp sweet ground paprika
Bell pepper (per 1/2 green, red and yellow)
1 small onion
1 tsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers
For the Bavarian cheese spread
250 grams ripe Camembert
50 grams softened butter
2 Tbsps beer
1 small onion
1 tsp sweet ground paprika
1 generous pinch freshly ground white peppers
Caraway
peppers
salt
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

For the Liptauer spread: Push the cheese through a sieve into a bowl and mix with the butter and mustard. Peel and finely chop the onion, stir into the cheese mixture. Finely chop the capers. Rinse, pat dry and finely chop the anchovy fillet, Add the capers, anchovy, paprika and caraway to the cheese, season with salt and pepper, and serve sprinkled with chives.

For the Hungarian cheese spread: In a bowl, mix the quark with the cream until smooth and stir in the paprika. Rinse the peppers, remove the seeds and white ribs and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Add the peppers, onion and lemon juice to the quark mixture, season with salt and pepper.

For the Bavarian cheese spread: Remove the rind from the Camembert and mash the cheese with a fork. Stir in the butter and beer.

Peel and finely chop the onion and add to the mixture along with the paprika and pepper. Season with caraway and salt.

5.

Arrange in a dome shape on a plate and sprinkle with chives.
