Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce and herbs, trim and spin dry.

2.

Arrange lettuce and herbs decoratively on plates, cover with daisies and walnut halves.

3.

Mix white vinegar in a bowl with balsamic vinegar, sugar and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Gradually add oil while stirring with a whisk. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and serve.
