- 1 bunch Arugula
- 8 ozs lamb's lettuce
- 1 head Endive
- 12 Radish
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 handful edible Flowers (such as Daisy, Sweet Violet, Gewürztagetes, clover, etc.)
- Sprout (for garnishing such as alfalfa sprouts)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and spin dry arugula and mache lettuce. Rinse endive and halve lengthwise, remove hard stalk and cut diagonally into narrow strips. Rinse and pat dry radishes and cit into thin slices. Whisk oil with vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Combine all prepared salald ingredients with edible flowers and drizzle with the dressing. Arrange on plates and garnish with sprouts. Serve.
