The essential oils of rosemary are said to have an antispasmodic effect in the area of the bile ducts and the small intestine and to stimulate circulation in general. Rosemary tea is therefore especially good after a sumptuous meal, low blood pressure and feelings of exhaustion. It is also helpful during a cold, and the freshly squeezed orange juice with its vitamin C further supports the effect.

The closer relatives of the spice and medicinal herb rosemary are sage and thyme. If you like, you can also prepare tea with it. Among other things, sage is considered to be anti-inflammatory and antiperspirant, while thyme is considered to be antispasmodic and expectorant.
