3 dried Apricot
1 splash lemon juice
3 grams white Tea

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse rosemary, shake dry and place in a tea cup or mug, along with apricots, lemon juice and tea (in a tea ball infuser). Bring 1 scant cup water to boil. Let the water cool to 170°F.

2.

Pour hot water into mug and let tea steep 2-5 minutes, depending on desired strength. Remove tea ball infuser and rosemary and enjoy tea.
