Preparation steps

Shake rose petals gently to remove any grit. Pluck the petals. Carefully rinse raspberries in a bowl of cold water and drain.

Combine about ¾ of the petals with the raspberries and milk in a blender and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with sweetener and rose water. Pour over ice cubes in a glass and garnish with the remaining petals.
