1 handful edible Rose petal
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
150 grams sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the egg white with the water. 

2.

Brush the rose petals and the leaves with the egg white mixture. Sprinkle with the sugar, and dry overnight on a wire rack in a dry place. 

3.

You could also dry them for 1-2 hours in a 50°C (approximately 125°) oven.
