- 1 bottle Apple juice
- 750 grams sugar
- 1 pkg Gelling agents
- 1 pkg Citric acid
- 1 tsp Rose water
- Petal (rose)

Preparation steps

Rinse nectarines, halve and pit. Puree and let stand for 1 hour. Skim all foam and combine with apple juice to make 750 ml (approximately 3 cups) of the mixture. Combine 2 tablespoons of sugar with gelling agent and add together with citric acid and rose water to the mixt ure. Bring to a boil and add remaining sugar. Simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring. Place petals and jelly into prepared preserving jars and seal well. Serve as needed.
