Summer Punch with Rose Petals

- 20 Scented rose petals
- 1 bottle Rosé
- 4 centiliters Rose syrup
- 100 grams sugar
- ½ Vanilla bean (seeds)
- 3 Oranges (juiced)
- 1 bottle cold Sparkling wine (dry or semi-dry as desired)
- Scented rose petal (for garnish)
Gently rinse the rose petals and let drain. Fill a bowl with the rose wine, rose syrup, sugar, vanilla, and orange juice. Cover and chill for 4-6 hours to infuse, stirring occasionally.
Strain the chilled liquid into a separate bowl filled with the sparkling wine (or sparkling water). Garnish with the fresh rose petals.
