Potatoes from the Oven - Freshly baked potatoes: The perfect side dish

Nutritional values
Aromatic dream team: potatoes provide vitamin C and considerable amounts of B vitamins. The tubers are also a good source of potassium, while thyme aids digestion. The thymol, other essential oils and secondary plant substances from the herb stimulate the formation of digestive juices in the stomach, bile and liver.
The steaming baked potatoes taste great with lamb, for example. If you like, you can also put three quartered, peeled garlic cloves on the baking tray: the intensely fragrant leek has a proven antibacterial effect. Great for infections!
