1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps butter
800 milliliters Vegetable broth
200 milliliters milk
1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme
1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
200 grams Smoked fish (such as Trout)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel, rinse and dice potatoes and celery. Rinse and slice leeks. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat butter in a saucepan and saute vegetables until translucent.

Add broth and milk, simmer for about 20 minutes or until potatoes start to come apart. Add thyme and parsley, crumble fish into the and heat through. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour into bowls and serve.
