1 green chili pepper
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

Blanch the tomatoes in a pot of boiling water for 10 seconds. Drain, peel, quarter, core and cut into cubes. Rinse the chile, slit lengthwise, remove the seeds and white ribs and finely chop. Drain the beans, rinse and drain. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely.

Heat the butter in a pan and saute the ground pork until crumbly. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and sauté until translucent. Add the tomatoes, beans, chile, add the tomato puree and tomato paste and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes. Stir in the sugar and season the chili with salt, pepper and paprika.
