1 Tbsp vegetable oil
300 grams Ground meat
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 lg can Kidney beans (800 grams)
1 sm can peeled Tomatoes (About 450 grams)
1 sm can Corn kernel (About 380 grams)
1 Bell pepper
750 milliliters Beef broth (Fresh or instant)
2 tsps Chili powder

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion until soft. Add ground beef and  saute for about 6-8 minutes or until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse and halve bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs and cut into cubes. Drain corn. Place peeled tomatoes in a saucepan and mash with two forks.

Add beans with their liquid to tomatoes and simmer briefly. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add ground beef, bell pepper and corn and season with chili powder, salt and pepper. simmer for another 5 minutes. Pour into bowls and serve.
