2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
600 milliliters Beef broth
250 grams canned Tomatoes
1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
200 grams Kidney beans (canned)
200 grams Corn kernel (canned)
salt
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Rinse and dry chile pepper, chop. Rinse bell beppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into short strips.

Heat oil in a pan and brown ground beef until crumbly. Add onion, garlic and chile pepper, saute for about 1-2 minutes. Ads bell peppers and tomato paste and saute briefly. Add broth, strained canned tomatoes and paprika and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour on low heat. Add more broth, if necessary.

During the last 10 minutes, add drained beans and drained corn. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.

If desired, serve with rice.
