3 cups milk
2 Banana (roughly chopped)
4 tsps sugar
2 Tbsps Poppy seeds
7 ozs Raspberries

Preparation steps

1.
Place the milk, bananas and two teaspoons of the sugar in a blender and blend until smooth.
2.
Place the poppy seeds on a saucer. Dip the rims of four glasses in the milkshake mixture and then into the poppy seeds.
3.
Mash the raspberries and the remaining sugar with a fork and carefully spoon into the bottom of the glasses.
4.
Blend the shake mixture again with the remaining poppy seeds, pour it over the raspberries and serve.
