- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 300 milliliters cooled milk
- 1 Strawberry (halved)

Preparation steps

Peel banana peel, cut 2 slices and set aside. Cut the remaining into small pieces. Add lemon juice and honey in a blender or mash with a hand blender.

Mix in milk gradually. Fill two tall glasses. Garnish with strawberry halves and banana slices.
