- 1 cup fresh Blueberries
- ½ cup fresh Raspberries
- ½ cup fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup fresh Blackberry
- 1 small Banana
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps tender Oats
- honey (as desired)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the berries and drain. Peel the banana. In a blender puree the berries with the banana, yogurt and oatmeal.
2.
Stir in honey to taste. If the smoothie is too thick, thin with a little water. Serve garnished with berries
