2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps butter

2 Tbsps butter
200 grams Whipped cream
200 milliliters fish stock

Preparation steps

Cut the salmon fillet into bite-size pieces and mix with the lemon juice. Peel the shallots and finely dice. In a saucepan, heat the butter and saute the shallots. Deglaze with the fish stock, add the cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and let it boil on high heat for about 10 minutes, then reduce by half.

Place the salmon in hot butter in a pan, season with salt and pepper and saute for about 3 - 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Serve the pasta with salmon on plates and serve garnished with basil.
