- 1 small ripe Papaya
- 2 Passion fruit
- 6 leaves mint
- 3 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
- ½ cup mineral water (chilled)
- In addition: Ice cubes

Preparation steps

Rinse and peel papaya. Halve and scoop out seeds with a spoon.

Cut two thin slices and set aside for garnish. Chop remaining papaya.

Halve passion fruit and scoop out fruit with a spoon.

Rinse mint, shake dry and remove leaves from stems. Set aside a few leaves. Roughly chop remaining leaves and transfer to a high-sided container.

Add papaya, passion fruit and yogurt and puree with an immersion blender. Stir in mineral water. Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in smoothie and garnish with reserved papaya slices and mint leaves.
