1 tsp brown sugar
1 handful parsley

Preparation steps

Peel the pineapple, remove the hard stalk, and coarsely chop the pulp. Peel and halve the papaya. Remove the seeds and coarsely chop the pulp. Halve the passion fruit, and scrape out the pulp. Pass the passion fruit through a fine strainer to remove the seeds. Puree the passion fruit, pineapple, papaya, lime juice, and sugar in a blender. Rinse the parsley, pat dry, and remove the leaves. Add the parsley to the blender, and puree until combined. Thin the smoothie with a little water if too thick.

Pour into glasses, and serve.
