Mango Passion Fruit Smoothie
Halve the passion fruit and scrape out the pulp. Pour through a sieve to remove the seeds. Puree the passion fruit in a blender.
Peel the mango, remove the core and cut into pieces. Peel and slice the bananas. Squeeze the lemon and collect the juice. Add the bananas, mango, sugar, yogurt, lemon juice and ice cubes to the blender. Puree well. Add milk until the desired consistency is reached.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
