This breakfast is a wonderful way to start your day. You get nurtrients from the fruit and healthy fats and proteins from the nuts and yogurt, making this light, but satiating. 

You can also use other nuts and fruits, depending on what you have and what is in season.

4 small Apple (cored and quartered)
2 Banana
4 Tbsps rolled oats
2 cups Walnut (shelled)
2 Tbsps honey
mint (to garnish)

1 Small skillet, 1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Plastic wrap

Preparation steps

Spoon the yoghurt evenly into 4 bowls, add the fruit, nuts and oats and drizzle over the honey.

Garnish with mint leaves.
