1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt

250 grams Camembert

Preparation steps

1.

Trim oyster mushrooms, cut into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.

2.

Peel garlic, squeeze through a press, add to a bowl and mix with oyster mushrooms. Add parsley and olive oil to the bowl, mix and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

Remove rind from camembert, cut into thin slices and arrange on a plate.

4.

Arrange oyster mushrooms in a raclette pan, grill for about 5 minutes and season with pepper. Add Camembert and bake for another 10 minutes in the raclette until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
