- 1 ⅕ kilograms Raclette Cheese (uncut)
- 800 grams small, waxy potatoes
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 Tbsp Caraway
- Mixed pickles (from a jar)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse potatoes, place on a well-greased baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds. Bake in a preheated 175°C (approximately 350°F) oven for about 45 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
2.
Place raclette cheese into the raclette grill, let it melt slowly and then season with pepper. Serve raclette cheese immediately with pickles and potatoes.
