For the salad
100 grams Batavia lettuce
100 grams baby Spinach
1 bunch Radish
1 Beet (cooked, vacuum packed)
100 grams Mozzarella
1 handful Basil
For the vinaigrette
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 tsp hot Mustard
1 tsp honey
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
For the garnish
Chives (for garnish)

Preparation steps

For the salad, rinse lettuce and spinach, trim and shake dry. Rinse radishes, clean, cut in half and cut into slices. Peel beets and cut into sticks. Drain mozzarella and cut into small cubes.

Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl. For the vinaigrette, mix all ingredients together in a bowl, sprinkle over salad and serve garnished with chives.
